What Unpanic Collects
Unpanic stores the account, family, child profile, caregiver invite, subscription, and illness-log information needed to run the app. Logs may include temperatures, symptoms, medications, fluids, food, sleep, vomits, diapers, notes, photos, voice-derived entries, and caregiver attribution.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to show family timelines, sync entries across approved caregivers, generate read-only handoff views, operate subscriptions, secure access, improve reliability, and provide support. Unpanic is a logging and organization tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice.
Service Providers
Unpanic uses service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, app diagnostics, payments, and customer support. Current integrations include Cloudflare, Firebase, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, RevenueCat, and app-store payment platforms.
Sharing
Family information is shared with caregivers invited into the same family room according to their role. Doctor handoff links are designed to be read-only and time-limited. Unpanic does not sell family health logs.
Retention And Deletion
Family records are retained while an account or family room remains active, unless deletion is requested or required. To request deletion or export support, contact privacy@unpanic.us.
